Kajabi Course build Automation

Kajabi course ecosystem build

A full 12-week course built from the ground up. Landing pages, lessons, email automations and the community, all set up so it basically runs itself.

Category
Course build and automation
Length
12 weeks, 50+ lessons

Build, automations, backend
The Live BRAVE Framework 12-week Kajabi course on desktop and laptop
The project

One course, a lot of moving parts

This one was a full build inside Kajabi, starting from nothing. I handled the whole technical side, uploading the video lessons, setting up the automation workflows, and organizing the backend so it's easy to manage and grow.

The tricky part was keeping everything consistent. 12 weeks of materials had to look and feel the same, the student experience had to be smooth from the first email to the last lesson, and the backend had to make sense to the team after I handed it over.

What I did

My part in it

Basically everything between "here are the docs and videos" and "students are enrolled and learning."

01
Structured and uploaded all 12 weeks of course content with the same formatting throughout
02
Built the landing pages using the brand templates they already had
03
Set up automated email sequences for onboarding and keeping students engaged
04
Organized the community channels with clear categories and access permissions
05
Created a backend tagging system so the team could track every student
Results

Outcomes and impact

50+
lessons launched across a structured 12-week course
1
automated student journey, from purchase all the way to completion
100%
of the backend documented for a clean client handoff
Community space with a clear onboarding and engagement structure
Tagging system that makes targeted marketing and support easy

The challenge

Lots of systems talking to each other at once. Course content, emails, community and automations all had to stay consistent across 12 weeks, and every automation trigger had to fire without any gaps.

How I solved it

I mapped every course element, automation and community touchpoint in detailed spreadsheets first. Same naming conventions all through the backend, every automation path tested, and visual flow diagrams so the client could see how it all connects.

Tools I used

Kajabi Canva Google Workspace Figma

If I did it again

I'd add more personal email triggers based on how far each student has gotten, and bring some gamification into the community so people stay motivated week to week.

Send me what you've got, even if it's just a messy folder of docs and videos. I'll help you turn it into something students love going through.
